Dan Lisbony is a construction technology and operations professional with more than 20 years of experience helping contractors improve the way their businesses operate. He has worked with hundreds of construction companies and tens of thousands of users, from field personnel and project teams to operations managers and executive leadership.
Dan believes successful technology implementation is not simply about software. It is about understanding how people actually work, developing processes that make sense in the field, and creating adoption throughout the organization.
